Hey, Kevin and Joyce,
I wanted to drop you this quick note to tell you how Mishka is doing. For anyone who doesn't know Mishka's story, we purchased Mishka just over a month ago from Midwest Malinois. She was a wonderful 7 months old at the time!!
When Mishka came home, we gave her a few days to adjust to us and to adjust to our other dog "Zuri" as well. She did great, a lover from the start!!! After a couple of days, I started Mishka's training. I work for SIT MEANS SIT dog training. We are the nation's largest dog training company. Mishka was a quick learner from the start. Her drive was high, and only got higher by the day. She learned her way through the basics (come, sit and stay to 50 yards, place, down, heel forward and backward on both sides and between the legs, fetch, through legs, spin, jump, and some others...) in about 2 weeks, and all of that was off leash. She was ready for some advanced training. During the next 3 weeks she began her bite work as well as her narcotics training. She is doing fantastic. Mishka has her service dog certification, and people love to see her in the grocery store, bank, and at local restaurants.
During the past 5 years I have had the opportunity to work with many Mals during their training. I can say with 100% confidence that the Mal we purchased from Midwest Malinois (Mishka) has given us the best of all worlds. She is a complete lover, her drive is amazing, she is FULLY devoted to her owners, and she has a NEVER-ENDING work ethic!!!
Kevin, your breeding practices have made for one of the most well-tempered, high-drive litters that I have ever seen!!
Thank you, Kevin and Joyce, for taking the time to sit with us, talk with us, and help us in picking the PERFECT dog!!! We wouldn't consider recommending any other Mal breeder than you guys!!!
You're the best,
Andrew and Tatum
